It’s really nice to have a place like that up here in our section of the Villages. Hoping the commercial area in front of Phillips Villas will also have some nice additions to the area.

At 5 o'clock this evening, every parking space was occupied. Drove back by at 6:15 and same situation except now the cars had spilled over to take up half the spaces at Lake Imaging. Beef O'Brady parking lot was nearly empty and they have "Hiring" sign in window. I guess they lost customers and staff to Cody's

Yep, it is a beautiful new restaurant, indoor/outdoor bar plus seating, looks busy every time I drive by, and a great addition to TV north!
