Apple IOS Update 11.2.2

Apple released a security update this afternoon. They claim it was a security update which was anticipated after last week’s news of chip vulnerabilities. However after installing the update on my 4 year old IPad Air, I noticed a dramatic increase in speed. Opening apps, email, etc is now significantly faster. Anyone else see this same improvement?

I agree - my phone, tablet are both running quicker now. I may suggest that people re-boot their routers too (all devices, actually - wireless printers and all!). These can (sometimes) get updated "automatically" but still need to re-boot to have all the updates fully installed.
