Ryan K. Dickey was assigned to Mueller’s team in early November from the Justice Department’s computer crime and intellectual-property section.
Dickey’s addition is particularly notable because he is the first publicly known member of the team specializing solely in cyber issues. The others’ expertise is mainly in a variety of white-collar crimes, including fraud, money laundering and public corruption.
Mueller's team has charged or negotiated plea deals with four former Trump campaign or administration officials, including former national security adviser Michael Flynn and former campaign manager Paul Manafort.

The original FBI counterintelligence probe was launched in part because a Trump campaign adviser was said to have told an Australian diplomat that Russia had emails that could embarrass Democrats, and in July 2016, private Democratic messages thought to have been hacked by Russia began appearing online.
Mueller also is in possession of information from Facebook about politically themed advertisements bought through Russian accounts.
Legal analysts have said that one charge Mueller might pursue would be a conspiracy to violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, if he can demonstrate that members of Trump’s team conspired in Russia’s hacking effort to influence the election.

Good post and keep posting facts as they pertain to a very important investigation"
Do not allow these people who do not want to discuss issues or news, and are simply able to attack posters.
Most with crude and filthy language, which sort of identifies them and their "cronies"
Keep up the work. I see one report has come out, albeit only, SO FAR, from the democratic members in congress calling out the administration for doing literally nothing to aid in the investigation OR even to take steps to prevent it from happening again.

If any of Trump’s associates knew about and encouraged the hacking of Democrats' emails and computer servers, they could be charged under the statute.

Genuine dementia .... Russia, Russia, Russia. Yawn.So true, I see these nasty people at the square talking to themselves..."Russia Russia Russia Russia" they say it four times as they forget how many times they already said it. They think they have an audience here on TOTV, but we just shake our collective heads at these poor old fools.

“House votes on controversial FISA ACT today.” This is the act that may have been used, with the help of the discredited and phony Dossier, to so badly surveil and abuse the Trump Campaign by the previous administration and others?
This tweet from the President is scary. Eliminate FISA and just throw open the doors.
This is a very scary man as he dismantles the USA

Insane. Our President willing to end NSA/FBI surveillance to find Terrorists & Spies in the USA?Is he hiding something so serious he would rather destroy US counterintelligence?
Be aware of how dysfunctional our WH is. His aides warned congress just yesterday not to touch this.
This is worst than scary

I can't understand why, when the top US IntelligenceAgency leaders warn the President of the U.S. that they have overwhelming evidence that our enemy Russia is attempting to compromise him, he calls it FAKE NEWS and a "TOTAL POLITICAL WITCH HUNT-

Distract, distract, distract seems to be one of Trump's most used defenses of his actions or in-actions.

Nobody here even wonders why he makes a big deal of the Russian investigation ?
Nobody here even wonders why he is not rooting for the USA to find the problem and set up solutions so it does not happen again ?
Nobody here even wonders why he and his son, and son in law have lied so much about their dealings with these people ?
I read people say...."well, he is President".....that fact that he IS President and continues to attack his own country or refuses to even acknowledge what happens should scare the hell out of you.

Mueller used a FISA warrant to seize the Trump Tower server that was communicating directly with a Russian bank. I wonder how much that had to do with trying to get rid of FiSA?
