I am a military retiree and would like to know of any problems other military retirees may be having in using TRICARE and TFL.
Are doctors and hospitals in The Villages willing to accept these programs?
Thanks,

If you are using Tricare Standard or Tricare Prime, you will run into some problems finding establishments that accept Tricare. Check before you get service in those cases. If you are retired and on Medicare, whereby Tricare For Life in your secondary, never even mention it when you get service. Medicare will automatically bill TFL for you copayment. You do have to notify Medicare that TFL is your secondary though. The provider (doctor, hospital, lob, whatever) need not even know who your secondary is. As long as they accept Medicare, TFL will be billed by Medicare and will pay. They system works so smoothly and so well I sometimes really wonder if the government is running it!
