How do you contact someone with a classified ad when they leave no contact information?

You have to be registered with TOTV and logged
on, than you can open the contact info button.

Even more annoying is when you try to contact someone via email or phone and they never respond.

Oh ya, I've experienced that.

I had a similar problem a year ago. Try this, log out of the site completely. Go back to the site, DO NOT LOGIN, then click the classified button, and THEN LOGIN. See if the contact button works. My previous problem was I was logged in at the "home" page, but the logged in status did not carry over to the classified page.
Hope this helps.

OK Tinker, I tried that. When I click on an ad it posts my login information and asks me to login to see contact information. I click on login but it still won’t let me access the sellers contact info. I’ve tried it on my iPad and computer and get the same results.

I can not get the info on my iPad or iPhone but I can on the laptop. I always used to be able to get it from my iPad but it changed within the last year. Tried my grandson kindle fire and it wouldn’t work on that either.

If you put your contact info in the description it makes it a lot easier.

OP, send me a PM with the item you were looking at, I will see if I can get the contact info for you.

Absolutely putting the phone number in description helps. I can not access contact info either through Firefox. If I go to Edge I can there.

Thanks Tinker but it’s not a particular item, just the fact that I can’t access the information. I have contacted a moderator but have not heard back.
