If you are going to make tee times on a fairly regular basis, for $8 per month you can join TheVillages.net - Login - Email, tee-times, computer support - serving The Villages, Florida and the Tri-county area. (http://www.thevillages.net) You can make reservations, view open tee times, and there a many helpful links there.
