There are 2 car rental companies in TV. We’ve used both and each had great, clean cars. We go online and check the rates for each and then used the company with the best rate for the car type we needed. Hertz in SS behind MVP, Enterprise in LSL by Bravo Pizza.

What he said........the only thing I can add to that post is that if you have AAA, Hertz will give you a decent discount. I personally prefer going to Enterprise and it is closer to where I usually stay when I'm in TV, but the discount at Hertz is often so good with AAA that I can't pass it up. Renting cars seems to be so expensive in general. My airfare back and forth is often much cheaper than the car rental.

Just used Enterprise at Sumter for a weekly rental. Excellent to do business with. The Hertz place at Spanish Springs.,,, Not so much. Messed up reservation and their return ride took almost an hour to arrive.

And that's why I would prefer to do business with Enterprise in LSL. I found that Hertz in SS is definitely not as responsive as Enterprise when there is an issue. The people who worked at Hertz at the time I rented seem nice enough, but overwhelmed is the best word that comes to mind. Try to reach them by phone - it is next to impossible.

I had someone rear-end my car two years ago. I dropped my car off at Car Guys in Lady Lake for repairs and Enterprise came and picked me up and took me to LSL to get their rental car. When I was ready a week later to turn the car in, I dropped the rental off at LSL and they took me to Car Guys in Lady Lake. They have a regular shuttle driver who does that all day and if they get behind they have a lot sales people who can help out.
