Botox for migraines

For years now I’ve gotten Botox injections for my chronic sinus migraines with Michelle Springstead at KaVa Medical Spa on 466. I just found out she had a stroke or some problem and her practice has been recently and suddenly shut down. I had bought a package from her so I am out several hundred dollars and don’t know how to contact anyone. Her space is empty and no sign on the door.

First question is: Does anyone know any details about her situation?

Second question is: Does anyone have any recommendations for Botox injections now that Michelle is no longer available?
