For those of you who have a grandchild with a food allergy, please be aware that the new Peter Rabbit movie has a scene where they deliberately throw blackberries, knowing it could hurt the man, and he has to use his epipen. VERY harmful to those of us who know what an allergic reaction could do to our grandchild. So sad that they would have such a terrible act of bullying in a children's movie. If you don't have a grandchild with a food allergy, PLEASE remind them that this isn't something that may just make someone break out in hives. My grandson's throat would immediately close, and even with an epipen we would need to call 911. THANKS (Google Peter Rabbit allergy for more info.)

Very sad to read this about the Peter Rabbit movie. No one in our family has an allergy to a food product. To show children how to intentionally harm someone is sick.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Will NOT go to this movie.

This kind of bullying should not be in a kid's movie. Sad that the producers and others involved in the making of this film were not more in tune with things going on in the world.

What will these coked up, stoned or otherwise wacked out "Hollywood types" come up with next?
Serious allergies run in my family. As an example, I know people who have life threatening throat constriction reactions to peanuts. They cannot fly because peanuts are served on airplanes.
