I had trouble accessing Talk of the Villages for more than a day. I discovered yesterday, Feb. 12th, I was not able to access the site. I use the latest version of Firefox and a message told me the site was unavailable or something like that.

This morning around 6:00, I was getting the same message. I just tried again now, 7:25 am and the site is accessible again.

Anyone have trouble accessing this site like I did?

The ones you can't bring up are probably cached pages, try clearing your history.

Seems to work OK now with all computers tried so far.

...and how many regulars on TOTV had to be taken by ambulance to The Villages Hospital for severe cases of "TOTV Withdrawal"?

Well, at least they could all kvetch with each other about sitting in the waiting room for many hours.:ho:

I was afraid it was the bug that got everyone on Century Link about a year ago and no one could access the site for about 3 days if you used CL.

I started having trouble with TOTV yesterday as well, but mine was a little different. I have Norton AV on my PC and one of its components is Safe Web that warns you about dangerous sites. Yesterday it started telling me that TOTV was flagged as a phishing site and prevented access until I click a button. This happens every time I click on anything on the TOTV site. Here's what it says (for the Admins):

Check your TOTV profile to verify if your email is correct. Also, msg could have gone to your junk mail folder.
