I have a guest who needs to get from here to Ft Myers on Sunday the 25th. She has not had luck coordinating a rental car during the times she needs, as their open hours aren't within her time frame. Looked at the Trailways bus, and it doesn't seem like there is one that goes on that date.

Anyone have any other suggestions for getting her from Point A to Point B without breaking the bank?

Thanks!

I just did a test rental from Enterprise Rental Car at LSL next to Bravo Pizza. For Saturday the 24th rental at 9am and return Monday 26th at noon. The price varies by car, anywhere from $105 for a compact car to $159 for a SUV. I rented a Hyundai Elantra there last year and it's a nice medium car, that would be $117. These prices included tax, you'll have to fill the gas tank back to full and they have a limit on the miles, so she might have to pay extra for that. I guess it depends on how bad they need to be there, I don't think this is that expensive. If she is just going one way, then the price would be even less.

Problem with Enterprise is that they are not open on Sundays. That was a problem for us trying to coordinate a rental to the cruise port and the Oasis sails and returns on a Sunday.

Just an observation, the Oasis sails out of Port Canaveral.
