Congratulations to Joe and Donna (Gardenia Model guest bath) on their new Deep Soak Tub 78 Gallons of soaking enjoyment (Installation by Ark Plumbing). Unlike the the before 30 gallon cast iron tub that was quickly broken out. Natural Slate stone with its beautiful colors and veins, of nature in stone. They like the ledger-stone so much they have order stone for a feature wall behind the sink and toilet. Donna has her relaxing Grotto now. First picture is original bath.

What is the size of your hot water heater? Since cold water flows in as hot water flows out seems like your tank would have to be very large to get 78 gallons of hot water. What am I missing?

Hopefully they have a tankless water heater. Unlimited hot water.

They had a 50 gallon heater, just remember most people turn the cold and hot on to fill a tub up. And depending on the size of a body you may not need to put that much water in. And having the temperature set higher on your heater(less hot more cool water) does help with filling it up. They have loved it and enjoyed the soaks.
