I am confused, is the tinting coming off? If this is the case, you may find a youtube video on fixing this yourself. I had looked into applying tints to our windows, and several manufacturers used a spray (water?) and a squeegee to smooth the film. Hope this helps.

VT, Thanks, but the windows are actually glazed with about a 10 mil tinted vinyl film
and the material is rolled into a channel in the frame with a spline like screen material!
