As a suggestion, if you do a site search here on the subject of property managers you'll get a plethora of info...both good & bad.

Yes! Absolute horrible experience. They breached our contract, owe me over $9600.00 and caused substantial damage to my property! There’s a class action lawsuit with the Florida attorney general!

Never was a pleasure!! Owes us lots of money!!! Can't believe he's still being able to operate her in The Villages!!!!
