Has anyone had any problems with placing a POD on the street?

I believe the rule in TV's is, PODS can be placed in your driveway for 72 hours. Parking in the street, that would be between you and your neighbors. Probably not a problem unless you live in a CYV.

I would call community standards and confirm that a pod can be set in the street, IMHO, I doubt this would be allowed.

We had Pods (one at a time) in our driveway and they were there for longer than 72 hours.
I'm really not sure what the exact "rule" is.

We had a pod and our driveway is on a hill with no problem. This was a few years ago. They came and got the pod right away. We had scheduled the day for them to come and it was only there a short while as we hired a team to unload it and it only took 2 hours for a full pod. I have the name of a small moving company who would probably do it for you if you PM me. I don't know if there are any restrictions on the time it is allowed to stay. I did note that there were black tire marks on the driveway when they left but the rain eventually took care of it.

We had one as well. I would never put one in the street. Ours we put in the drive way for give or take a few days. Mrs Kraviks was not there to chalk an X on it for non compliance!

We had no issues with three pods when we moved everything in last month, but we had them placed in the driveway (they arrived one at a time over a two-week period) just to be safe. One stayed for about 72 hours; the other two were unloaded immediately and gone the next day. We were concerned some of the neighbors might not like their presence as this was a problem with a previous move, but everyone was very tolerant and seemed to realize the situation was temporary.
