Google Home Mini and Alexa

We would like to get one of these for my MIL so it could call emergency help should she need it. She is 92 and lives alone and won't go into an apartment or other facility. She only has a basic level trac phone and the most basic Amazon Fire. She has wireless internet and a land line. Is it possible for one of these to work with the limited technology she has? Thanks for info you have.

We have Alexa in all of our homes. You can add programs to her to call or text an emergency message to a list of contacts. Voice activated. Works very well for my parents, sometimes they forget it’s an emergency contact coming to my phone and use it to just say HI.
