I have a Samsung Washer that I'm having issues with it spinning.
I've tried attempting to fix it on my own, but still no resolve.

I don't have the money, right now, to pay up front for troubleshooting.
Can anyone recommend someone that doesn't charge for a repair estimate?

Is the agitator not working or is it the entire tub not spinning? Have you tried viewing youtube? I have done repairs to my washer over the years and the most I paid for parts was about $30.00. I did the labor myself.

Do you get the Daily Sun? My friends' Samsung washer gets up to the spin part and then starts to fill and start the wash cycle all over again. they have discovered that if they set it on quick wash, it will not have the problem.

They had trouble getting a Samsung repairman (there is apparently only one for the area, and he charges $99 just to come to the house). They said there is an advertisement in the Daily Sun for an appliance repairman who works on all kinds of washers and will give free estimates--no charge to come to the house. I think it was called ABC appliance repair, but I'm not positive.

Hi. We had the same issue. As it turned out, there was a recall on it. Google Samsung washer recall and the model. If it is on it, as I suspect, there is a number to call to arrange for service. Ours is now working as good as new.

It'll start the spin cycle, then stop, and start over again.
And yes, I've tried YouTube.

That's the exact same problem I'm having.

I don't get the paper, but I do work in Circulation LOL.
I'll have to check out the Classifieds, today.
Thank you!

See, I called Samsung about the problem and they told me it was on recall, gave me the verification number, told me they'll pass my account onto the recall rep, and they'll be in contact. Ended up receiving the recall paperwork in the mail(all they were going to do was replace some stickers to re-enact the warranty) NEVER received a call, so I took it upon myself to call them(I asked for their info before I hung up) and went to voicemail, so I left a message and never received a follow-up call. Called Samsung back a couple weeks later, they said they would follow-up with them, still never heard back. So, a few more weeks go by, I try again. They said that the washer is NOT on recall...

Who knows.....It's been a hot mess dealing with this.

Just called Norm's Appliance Service through the Daily Sun Classifieds, and he informed me that there is no fix for it....So I guess I'll try and go through Samsung, again. Maybe if I say pretty please, they'll actually do something, this time.

Thanks for everyone's help!
