Championship golf conditions

I have a friend coming in for only 1 day next week.

What courses has good conditions both fairway and greens?

In the past couple weeks I've played, Glenview twice, Havana once and Orange Blossom once, and all were in very good condition. Orange Blossom's greens were just about the best I've ever seen in The Villages, but they were so fast that I putted terribly. Still you have to believe the course management company is doing a pretty good job.
