They really are taking a beating this year up yonder. I feel sorry for them but as we know there are alternatives, very nice ones.:BigApplause:

Guess I am further south than your friend, thank goodness! We just got some ground cover and looks more like rain from here on out. It's good that the day temps are going up, but our night temps are still pretty low up here.
Prayers that your friend stays safe and warm!

Yep, and thinking more and more about those alternatives all the time. If NOTHING else, it's getting us motivated up here to get rid of stuff and lighten the load for a more permanent move.

Detroit postponed opening day. Snowed on Easter, but not more than an inch.

I think baseball should man-up like the Eagles about 4 years ago, played in 6 inches or more of snow, great game. This could give new meaning for sliding into a base......

I'm dreaming of a white Easter as I plant my spring flowers. Aren't you glad you live here?

If it's whether we're talking about, the villages is yes, better than some places up north. It's still a far cry from being great weather in the winter and summer. It was one cold winter down here many days of frost. I would guess probably Hawaii or San Diego would be some of my first choices for whether in the northern hemisphere. But I'll just keep checking my Kool-Aid and tell myself how happy I am
