Dirty Grout Be Gone LLC **USE GREAT CAUTION

On 3/14 we received an estimate for replacing the caulking in various places in our house from:

Dirty Grout Be Gone LLC
15645SE 92 CT
Summerfield FL 34491
Phone 352-259-0091

A representative came out on 3/14 to give an estimate and the work was scheduled to start on 3/22 at 9AM. No one showed up.
Between 10 & 11AM several calls were made and messages left. A tech returned the call and said that he had not placed us on his calendar but would be right over.
Upon his arrival he did part of the work he had bid and left after getting paid (My Bad).
ON 8/26 I spoke with the tech and he said he would come between 2:30 & 3PM that day to finish the job. No one showed.

Beginning on 3/27 daily calls have been made to the with no answer but we have left a call back message every time. No one has called us back to resolve the unfinished job.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone wanting to use the service they advertise.

PVKathy, If you paid by credit card, call CC company and have a hold placed on the payment. In any case contact Seniors against crime (see daily Sun for locations and schedules), also the BBB and file complaints. Then if they come out to finish, pay by credit card only.

If you go with another contractor to finish/fix the job, make sure you take plenty of photos of how the job was left, what was to be done, etc., before any repair or complete work is done.

Sorry for your trouble.

I also had a bad experience with them. I made a complaint to the BBB. There is also Crimes Against Seniors which is part of the Attorney Generals office. I'm considering making a complaint there as well.

Call the Warranty department. They will have recommendations.
