Does anyone have any advice or experience with a trustworthy Drainage company? Have a bad area that is soaking wet and need french drain installed.

In Fernandina.

thanks

Be sure to get your plans approved before beginning work.

Try contacting home warranty first, you might get luck and they will fix. If not and you are on your own, then as stated above, make sure you contact ARC (community Standards) to review your problem, and where/how you plan on installing the drain. If this impacts your neighbor, you may want to talk with them also.
One final thought, have you had your irrigation system checked for leaks?

good luck -> https://www.talkofthevillages.com/forums/villages-florida-general-discussion-73/home-warranty-can-frustrating-part-2-a-205364/

P.S. have installed gutters that flow to the street and turned off my watering between houses. Still have a lot of standing water after rains! Maybe a French drain in the future if neighbors are OK with the install.

Home warranty did ours and the neighbors.....still had a small stream on the side of the house with a heavy rain but maybe it drained quicker after the rain, didn't really notice much difference. To do properly I think ours ran to the street gutter....
