Internist not affiliated with Village Healthcare

I need a primary doctor, prefer and internist but GP is okay too, not one that is part of TV Healthcare as I have Medicare with Blue Cross. It's odd that I can use their specialists but not the primary doctors. Anyway a couple good referrals would be appreciated, would prefer southern locations within TV or even Leesburg. Thanks for any help.
