All most people see is this post. I assume it is a lost cat.
I would suggest you post a PICTURE if you have one.

A cat is by nature a stealth animal. Were someone to see it and try to help it the cat will run away. Likely, the only one it will come to is the person who feeds it.

Please make sure you've thoroughly searched neighborhood garages, carports, vacant houses, etc. He might be locked in a space where no one is around to hear his cries. Cats will remain in hiding a very long time when they're scared. On a brighter note, they can also live on their own for a very long time.
