Pop Ups

Every time I sign on to TOTV from my phone I get pop ups from about winning stuff from Amazon, Walmart, and Samsung. This doesn't happen with anything else I'm doing on my phone. I've cleared data storage and caches and installed pop up blocker. Extremely annoying and tired of it. I don't know what else to try. Any ideas?

I haven't seen a popup in years. You need something like 'Popup Stopper Pro'
