Service Provider Recommendations for Fenney

We are looking for good service providers for our new home in Fenney. Specifically, we will need home watch, pest control and lawn care. Any suggestions would be much appreciated..:2excited:

If you are thinking of Service Smart, do yourself a big favor and lookup their BBB rating and complaints. Although I'm not totally fond of Deans and Massey at least you will know that they will show up and do something every week and you don't have to sign a contract. Can't help you on home watch I've heard there are good ones and bad ones, if you know someone down here you would be better off paying them something to keep and eye on things for you in the house as well as what your landscape people are doing.

We are moving to Fenney the end of May. Dean's was taking care of the property for the builder. We will start with them for the initial period. After we've been there a while, we'll see what the neighbors are doing and decide if we want to change.

Our lot doesn't have a lot of turf, so may do the mowing myself.

Do not sign a contract with Service Smart. They do not deliver as promised and then do not follow up when you call them. Empty promises and bad service.

Stay far, far away from Service Smart. They will take your money and then ignore your phone calls. Their lawn cutting service falls somewhere between unreliable and non-existent.

I am in Fenney and have Massey for lawn service and pest control. They show up when they say, do a good job, and price is reasonable. I told the guy from Service Smart to get off my property. He insisted on continuing to knock on my door three additional times after telling him NO.
House watching, I am not sure.
