Periodically I get bonus points that take away from my total points. Like .2 or .4 so that day will add .8 or .6 to my total. How do you get the bonus points?

Bonus points are awarded if your requested tee time is missed by an hour or more. eg, If you request 8AM and get 9AM then you will receive .10 bonus points. if your requested the time is missed by 2 hours you get .20 bonus points.
