Where in CT are you? I'm originally from Plainfield. Thanks for posting the picture - I usually look at the traffic web cams.

I had two feet on the ground in TV three days ago.
Now there are two feet on the ground in Md, just not mine.

I love to look out at the snowy landscape while my warm fire blazes and the Christmas tree glitters and yummy smells come from the kitchen.

I love to see the white snow on branches and fences against the grey sky......

until December 26 and then I'm done.

And to think, winter has only begun.

I'm in Ohio, looking out at not even an inch of snow, and feeling guilty because I sure can whine around about the winters here. I do not know from winter!

Stay warm over there.

Well you should feel sorry for us living here in the bubble. I had to wear loafers instead of sandals this morning when I took Teddy for a walk so my feet didn't get cold. And then there was the bright sun and the wind. Messed up my hair.

We're tuff & able to handle it though. Right Eddie???

About 16 inches ib the ground here in North Kingstown, RI and it is still snowing. Wed. can not get here fast enough. A week out of the cold.
2011 out of here for good. F 16, I feel for you that you had to change your footwear. I think I will be able to live the lifestyle.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.
