Per the latest POA bulletin front page story, "AAA Agent Discusses Sinkhole, Golf Cart Insurance Coverages"
"Ms. Digristina (AAA licensed insurance agent) recommends that you get a separate policy for your personal golf cart and any cart you may provide with a rental property. It is relatively new that you can have a cart with rental property coverage. She said you should also get a separate golf cart policy from your homeowners' coverage to avoid claims that could affect your premium."

In 2010 our agent had us get a policy for GC separate from our homeowners. Sinkhole was offered on new homes only ay that time. Sinkhole and renters insurance for carts changed last year
