I would get quote from Sunshine, they do many of the Villages new homes, not sure about Munns and Sun Kool but if they are Village contractors these 3 I would try first

Sumter Air and Heat does our stuff, including new unit. Cheaper and had the best service we have experienced in The villages.

I had called Chuck Farrell a couple of years ago when our A/C went out, got is name from this message board. He answered on his cellphone and pulled his truck over and took my info. He said he would have a man there in a couple of hours. A fellow showed up about an hour later and checked the coils inside, brushed them off. He then went outside and checked the freon, said it was OK. He checked the capacitor and said it was fried. He said that's no charge, they're guranteed for ten years. He did charge $80 for the service call and repair. Another poster who hadn't researched, said he called Munn's and his capacitor was fried, and they charged him $317 for a new capacitor on a 3 year old unit.
A few months ago someone posted on here they called several companies for a new system, both the inside air handler and the outside compressor, Chuck was $1000 to $1500 cheaper than the Munn's and Sun Kool. They used Chuck and were very happy, you can search Chuck Farrell on TOTV and find the thread. His number is 352-787-9497
