Just a reminder for anyone buying golf gear at Edwin Watts that if you are not happy and want to return it you will get a store credit and WILL NOT get your money back. I ended up with a store credit card for over $400 that I do not want to use. It's in the classified ads if you want to check it out. I love their Ping clubs, but I have a bag full for now. Their new putter didn't help me that's what went back.

How long did you use their putter?

Will they have to try and resell it as used?

Does it mention only store credit on used, returned items...on the receipt?

This has always been their policy. It is your job to know what you are getting into.

I never heard of a sporting goods store giving your money back on used equipment, isn't that what eBay is for? I'm surprised they even gave you store credit for the full amount. When you purchased the club did a store employee tell you, if you're not completely satisfied there is a full refund money back guarantee?

I had a warranty problems with a driver I purchased there about 1 1/2 yrs ago and had a new driver within a week ... and when I purchased a used fairway wood there a while back they told me that if I didn't like it bring it back...but I would only get store credit
