On Dec. 14, Exxon-Mobile purchased a natural gas company, XTO, for $41 billion dollars. XTO was an industry leader in removing natural gas through a process called "fracking". Fracking uses water, sand and other ingredients to reach vast natural gas reserves.
From the Investors Business Daily, "The Barnett Shale rock formations of Texas and Louisiana, the Bakken Shale formation in Montana and North Dakota, and the Marcellus Shale formation running through New York and Pennsylvania and other states may hold as much as 2,000 trillion cubic feet of this clean-burning, domestically produced fuel"
A representative from Massachusetts, a Democrat, wants to hold hearings on the process to derail developing this domestic energy resource. His name is Edwin Markey. Sound familiar TOTVers? You got it. He is the co-sponsor of the Waxman-Markey cap and tax bill.
The tangled web doesn't stop there. A "media group" called Pro Publica has published alleged "investigative" reports to free newspapers and newspapers in financial straits, bad mouthing the development of this vital, clean energy source in the USA.
If you stayed with me this far, here is where the insidious plot really thickens. Warning this may really **** you off. :cus: IBD reports that, "Pro Publica was started by billionaires Herbert and Marion Sandler, who, along with billionaire George Soros, funded the left-wing Center for American Progress, run by John Podesta and touted as the Obama administration's "idea factory." Hmmm....the usual suspects once again.
If you aren't sufficiently "exercised" yet, try this before you begin a wonderful day in The Villages. A principle stake holder in InterOil, a company who discovered a vast natural gas deposit in New Guinea is......what a coincidence....., none other than....George Soros. No environmental issues with his company's extraction for sale to the USA. Wow....what luck. The Democrats, the mainstream media, the green mafia and climate change scoundrels are literally in Soros's pocket.
