I am need of a Notary that is willing to Travel to Leesburg Regional hearth center to notarize a one time POA for an up coming home closing on the 4th. Seems the hospital does not have one there. Anyone?

Having something notarized is rather an archaic practice and I think the fees which are nominal are controlled.
If, you are using an atty, a broker a bank any of them should be able to help you with this.

Having documents notarized is not an archaic practice; it is still very much in existence due to a tremendous need to verify the authencity of certain documents.
I don't think a broker or agent associated with the sale of the house can do it. But if there is a realtor involved, let him earn his 6% commission by bringing a notary with him or her.
