Tee time help!!!

When making a four digit time for afternoon tee times, say 2:30pm do you use the military time of 1430 or do you use 0230. Seems like a dumb question but I can't find an answer on any of the written instructions.

You would use 0230. No 24 hour clock, Good luck.
