The Belmont Stakes were great. Another Triple Crown for Baffert. What an exciting race! Horse racing used to be covered very well in our local newspaper, but no more. I was very disappointed in the meager coverage of all three races in the Triple Crown. The expert reporter, Steve Day, is gone. He was on the "not to be mentioned" on-line news but it seems he is gone from there as well. Does anyone know if he is somewhere else, or retired or what?
