Has anyone had experience with Superior Services of Central Fl? Their quote as good, but they request payment for the year up front. Providing the full initial payment is something we are warned against. But does that apply to established companies? Do they honor their services for the entire year? Recommendation? THanks

Yeah, don't do it and you will get many people telling you the same thing. All the companies that require up front payments mostly turn out to be terrible. But they have your money so what do they care, ie, Service Smart requires upfront monies and they are the worse I have ever seen. Again, don't do it.

Totally agree, please head the warnings and never pre pay for services no matter how big a discount they offer you. Very smart of you to inquire on TOTV before diving in and regretting it later. Good luck.

I disagree. Been with superior for 9 years and have yet to have an issue that they did not respond to quickly. Lawn service is out every month and pest control is always prompt. I have no issssues with the up front payment.

Do they require a 12 month payment or is it just a request? I have Massey and only pay them online when they actually perform a service. They offer a 5 percent discount for a 12 month payment, but the discount is not worth it to me. Dean's required a credit card on file to bill every month, but I refused to do it that way, so they did not get my business.

We have them for 15 years and still to use them. We are satisfied with their work. They are Superior. We live in Chatham
