Just used All Service Rejuvenation Plus - Dave Costa to clean tile and grout. Paid $940 - most of the floors came out great but the kitchen in one area is still darker than the rest. I told him the next morning and he said he would come back. The next day he said the picture showed it wasn’t that bad. That bad? For $945 it should be good. Now he won’t answer emails or return calls. Their website is Dave@wesealgrout. Don’t use him as he does not stand behind his work. Very very upset as he was recommended by a realtor. The tile was only 4 years old and only the kitchen needed more work.

We just had the 11-year-old tile & grout in our entire Lantana cleaned and sealed. It took 3 people 8 hours on their hands and knees, and it looks fabulous! I highly recommend The Groutsmith 352-396- 7813. If you use their cleaning products to maintain the tile, they will warranty the sealer for 10 years!

I wouldn’t trust a realtor to recommend anything. Sorry for your experience [emoji53]
