24 degrees here in Bonita this morning.
Not what I signed up for!
Anyone having freezing pipe problem? Just wondering if I should be wrapping outside faucets and/or non-potable water pipes in with the valve which is in the ground?
Thanks

I don't think an outside faucet would freeze since the freezing temps only last a few hours. To burst you need a hard freeze without thaw for quite some time especially since the faucets are butt up against the home which keeps that area a few degrees warmer. (same would go for higher ground temps).
My opinion.

I can see hope in the 10 day forecast, temperatures starting with a 6 and dare I say a 7:clap2:. This was a great change of season for some perspective, now I want to go back ;)
I did not wrap pipes. IMO it should not an issue. Different if it were 18 ALL night, 25 for a high during day. Just my opinion.... It will be a good opinion until someone writes, hey my pipes just broke :)

is the lawn will not need to be cut for the rest of the winter.
Now we get to look at brown lawns (just like up North) unfortunately.
But it beats the alternative..............
