email on private messages not working

Does this happen to anyone else? In the past I would get an email indicating that I had received a Private message on ToTV and a link to click on to get the message.

For the last several days i have gotten several private messages, but in all cases I have not gotten any emails telling me i had received these messages, i only see notifications when i sign in to ToTV.

I have contacted the webmasters regarding this matter, but I am curious if this is just my account that is having a problem or are others having it?

The same thing has been happening to me for awhile; so much going on right now that it's just low on my priority list to worry about.

Some have posted that if they get a PM it’s shuts them out of TOTV, and has been an on going problem for months.

I get PM emails but don't get "subscribed thread" messages any more (yes, they are marked "instant email" and are not in my spam)


EDIT: Are thread subscriptions supposed to get reset (turned off) when a thread is MOVED? That may be the problem for me. I just checked 2 threads that were moved and both were no longer subscribed. If tjhat is the case it should be mentioned in the "WE MOVED YOUR THREAD" PM that is sent.

My site doesn't even allow me to receive replies...how to change this? I have sent out multiple emails, never a reply escept for the moderator who informed me he moved a post to anither forum...don't know if anyone replied as I cannot receive replies!
