Since Saturday morning, nearly 50 people have signed up for membership on Talk of The Villages. Because of a problem with our server in Vancouver, British Columbia (maybe it's frozen), these new members have not received the email notification that is necessary to activate their accounts. Tomorrow morning, I will activate those accounts manually and send each individual an email. I guess our server operators are working on this.
Don't you just hate this phrase, "we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused." Actually, we feel really bad, because we want people to join without complication.
