I checked the Johnson & Johnson website. It does include a link to this report. There are also news reports that U.S. Justice Department is suing J&J for alleged kickbacks to a nursing home. See http://online.wsj.com/article/BT-CO-20100115-707921.html?mod=WSJ_latestheadlines. No info on J&J site on this one.
