Dog owners rejoice:a040: A dog park will be located in the future Village of Linden. The Rupert Canine Park will on the west side of the Turnpike, south of CR 468.

Where do you get your numbers from? If you are going to post numbers be sure they are factual.

Each person naturally is interested in what benefits their situation. I think we have a good balance in The Villages.

The Morses may not be our mother, but they are astute business people. The first dog park came about in 1960, and it has been a growing trend as dog ownership has grown and homeowners have become more covetous of their much tended lawns (with good reason). The call for more dog parks in TV has gone far and wide, and the Morses are responding. Good deal.
Example: It took 7 years of lobbying for tiny Muskegon, MI, to respond to a call to dedicate a mile of little-used beach on Lake Michigan to a dog beach. Now they are counting the coins for the business it brings in from other communities. The previously reluctant city commissioners brag their little fannies off as if it were their idea to begin with.
