Make an appointment with The Villages Insurance in Spanish Springs. They are very helpful. Homeowners insurance will be much easier if you are buying a new stick built home in Orange Blossim. Getting hurricane insurance can be difficult on the older manufactured homes depending on the building code in place when the home was built as well as the type of tie-down system holding down the house.

Yes definitely go to an agent who writes for several companies. Allstate does this. When I worked there they had just one certain company who would write for the manufactured homes if yours is. You may be able to get a quote on the phone.
