Recommendations for Attorney for a FSBO

Selling our home in The Villages and would like a recommendation for a closing attorney by anyone who has found a reliable one recently.

Advantage title can do it all same office with Dean and Dean attorneys. Did a good job for us reasonable and on 466 just west of Hampton Inn.

In some counties the buyer picks the Title Co and in others the Seller does.

I have bought and sold half a dozen properties on a fsbo basis and have never used an attorney. Title company can handle it all. The seller of our current villa used Advantage Title and it went smooth as silk.
