Property Management Co to look after home when away?

Hi! My husband Bill and I are thinking of purchasing our home for retirement in Fenney. We will not live there full time for another 3-4 years. We'd like to rent out and will probably use the "VH4R" website to handle that aspect. We want to hire a property management co to look after our home when we are not there and will need a lawn service as well. Any recommendations on good property management companies and lawn care companies? Your help with my questions is greatly appreciated!

You will need to get your terminology correct when making calls. A "property management" company is licensed by the state. They literally manage your property , find renters and so on. What you are describing is a home watch service that offers some concierge service for renters and ideally home cleaning. The Cunningham's do this. You handle the financial aspects of the renters.
