I am considering buying in TV and renting until timing is right to make the permanent move. Any advice on Management Co's? Or local resident who can provide this service?

You need to be more specific. In general you have two choices: a property management firm, licensed by the state, that handles everything for 17 to 20% of the rent + fees or handle the payment and screening of guests yourself with a local home watch with concierge service.

I have a rental in Fenney and it is managed by Hometown Properties there in The Villages. Only an email or two about needed repairs in the last 18 months, an email about once every two months letting me know they did a drive by and all appears well. Direct deposit, no headaches, no phone calls, it has worked very well.
