My son, who lives in the area, just bought a used car. Seems to run well, but does need an idle speed adjustment.
We want a basic inspection and the adjustment mentioned. Can anybody recommend a reliable mechanic who does not routinely try to expand on the amount of work needed.

Sometime ago, we needed to have a second opinion on a major problem with our car. I asked on here and on the Next Door site and the one name that came up over and over again was Bobby and Freda of Accutech Auto, located on 301 just south of 466, 11245N US Hyway 301, Oxford 352-748-1500. My other half took our car there and was very pleased.

Bobby Bowser and his wife Freda at Accutech.
From Rolls Royce to VW to Corvettes, Bobby does them all.
Fair pricing! Always saves the old parts and shows the customer exactly what was wrong.

Another nod to Accutech. Have always been treated fairly and prices are fair, too.

I can't say enough good about Bobby and Accu Tech. We've had great experiences every time.

I've used Autotech and found them to be honest and do good work.
