I need a metal-detector person to help me find 2 survey points in my back yard.

Happy to pay, if not crazy money.

it's a fast job with no legal ramifications....I just want to know where I need to mow to.

House is on Neuport Path 32163

You may find someone to help you here.

The Villages Metal Detecting Club - HOME (https://tvmdc.weebly.com/)

Why don't you call the Villages office? When we bought our home we were given a set of plans and a survey.

If, there is an issue, the Villages will help you and your neighbor settle it.

I asked my neighbors if they mind me going over onto their sprinklers which are within a couple inches of mine, both said go for it, less for them to mow. All three of us maintain our own yards at pretty much the same height. I can't remember where our boundary stakes were located but the line is pretty close to the sprinkler heads and there are heads on on four corners.

You can also get help from the Building department, as you can get your plot plan, and it will have things like the water meter boxes, the electrical boxes, lamp posts, street lamps, as well as your house and driveway, street, etc all shown, which will give you a very good idea where the property lines are. The above info on the metal detector club will be very useful also.
