hi everyone, It is time for our yearly service. We have used Munn in the past. Not totally happy with their service. We have the extended 10 year trane waranty and don't known if we can use someone else. Info or suggestions would be help full. thanks again for the help.:ohdear:

ask for Randy Johnson at Munn's. Reliable and honest. been using him only as there are others less reputable...

what exactly does a yearly service consist of? beside hosing the coils and keeping drain pipe clear?? neither procedure requires a pro!

Munn's has serviced our system twice a year once in spring (cool) and in late fall (heat) for 5 years. Have the same 10 year warranty. Glad to have had it since an induction fan was replaced and warranty saved half the cost of the warranty, still 5 years to go. There definitely are others but happy to stay with Munns.
