There have been a couple of posts on this in the past with some really good ideas. Here's the links:

Golf cart rides are biggies. Kids really love them. Ditto dancing in the Squares. Have fun and enjoy!

Ours loved the glass-bottom boats and animals/bird show at Silver Springs in Ocala. Very old Florida attraction.

with many very entertaining venues....educational....and fun for all ages.

I know it is close to TV but don't remember where. You can google it or ask another poster.

At Christmas, our 4yo and 7yo couldn't get enough of bocci and shuffleboard. Who would have guessed! Even the 2yo loved running up and down. Especially with the young ones, anything that didn't involve a car ride was the activity of choice. Golf carts, of course, didn't count.

There's a playground in The Villages near Canal Street and Stillwater Trail, and I've seen signs to Uncle Donald's Farm off of 441. There's also miniature golf on Rolling Acres Road.

See if they have storyhour for little ones but if not the kids can pick out some good books and you can pick up some good cookies at Publix and you can have some excellent laptime.
