I've played Pimlico Executive Course quite a few times this summer, and am always amazed at a home right off the 3rd tee box - sort of a brown color - it needs some maintenance. in fact, the paint is faded and peeling off. The rear of the home faces Belvedere, so it's obvious, even when driving by. Yes, I know, I don't know the situation of the owners - there used to be a dog chained outside, so I know there are owners - but sheesh, what an eyesore. What's the policy on things like that down here? Just ignore them and hope someone does something? Or is there an "enforcement board" or something?

If they are violating a rule, you can complain. I understand that rules are enforced only when someone complains.

Or is there an "enforcement board" or something?Sounds like this home is not being cared for properly. If it's in violation of deed restrictions, you can complain.
However if neighbors haven't complained, they may be aware of a "delicate" home situation.

You can anonymously call Community Standards to express your concerns about the property, 352-751-3912, as noted above, compliance is complaint driven, no complaints, no enforcement. There are good points and bad points to this type of system, but it is all we have for compliance enforcement.
